Hi, both me and my boyfriend are Malaysian and have hold Singapore PR for more than 3 years. We are considering buying a resale flat in Singapore.
Both of us do not have a property in Malaysia or overseas, but I have an existing housing loan in Malaysia (my parent and my brother are the house owners). Am I still eligible to buy the house? Or do I have to dispose the house within 6 months?

Does PR entitled to the any housing grant? How does the loan application works? Is there any portal where I can conduct a check on whether we are eligible to buy a resale HDB, given the consideration that I have an existing housing loan in Malaysia?
